BASIC TRAINING
All programs are free of charge and women of all fitness levels are welcome.
Team Survivor Marin offers a wide range and variety of fitness programs including
walk and talk, bicycling, swimming, running and hiking. Members may include:
women who are actively undergoing treatment; women who are recovering from surgery;
and women who are out of treatment but who benefit from the social and emotional
support that evolve from being with other women who share similar life experiences
and goals. Should you have questions about our programs after you review the

To help you better judge the suitability of an activity for you and your physical condition, the following "rating system" will be used with the TSM programs:
Easy, beginner,
low impact, appropriate for anyone

Walk and Talk ![]()
A stroll in the fresh air gets those muscles moving and the blood flowing. The
relaxed easygoing pace allows plenty of opportunity for conversation and socializing.
We meet Saturdays at 1:30 PM; call Nancy at 924-6887 to confirm attendance.
Meet at the Ross Post Office
Directions: From Highway 101, take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd. exit and go west, past the College of Marin. Turn left at the stoplight at Lagunitas Road (by the Marin Art and Garden Center). Turn left at the first street, (Poplar Ave.) and park. The Post Office is on the left side of the street, across from Ross Common.
