BASIC TRAINING

All programs are free of charge and women of all fitness levels are welcome. Team Survivor Marin offers a wide range and variety of fitness programs including walk and talk, bicycling, swimming, running and hiking. Members may include: women who are actively undergoing treatment; women who are recovering from surgery; and women who are out of treatment but who benefit from the social and emotional support that evolve from being with other women who share similar life experiences and goals. Should you have questions about our programs after you review the information below, please feel free to call the TSM office at 415-924-6887 or email batsmarin@yahoo.com

To help you better judge the suitability of an activity for you and your physical condition, the following "rating system" will be used with the TSM programs:

— Easy, beginner, low impact, appropriate for anyone
— Moderate
— More challenging, requires some conditioning
